Our two cottages inter-connect and can be rented together to give a six bedroom, three bathroom property.

Availability

Changeover day is usually Saturday but we can be flexible, depending on availability.
Please contact us if you would like to discuss a rental period not covered in the list above.
The small print
We’ll include detailed terms and conditions (t & cs) when we confirm your booking but you should be aware of these specific t & cs:
Cleaning costs
Your gite is cleaned before you arrive. We expect you to leave it as you find it. In the event of this not being the case, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of additional cleaning from your security deposit
Currency
All transactions are calculated, and should be paid for, in euros.
Fuel
The two properties are heated and hot water is supplied by electricity. This is included in the rental price although we charge a heating supplement per week for bookings from October to April. This is 30 euros a week for La Bobine and 40 euros a week for L'Aiguille. Cooking is by bottled gas and the cost of this is included in the rental.
Linen
Bedlinen and towels are not included in the rental prices. We are happy to rent linen at a cost of 12 euros per person.
Payment
50% due on booking. Balance payable on arrival.
Security deposit
We make a flat charge of 150 euros, payable on arrival, to cover breakages, damage, additional cleaning etc. Any balance is, of course, refunded.
