about L'Aiguille
L'aiguille is a recently converted barn and provides a comfortable self-catering
holiday home for at least eight people. It’s an ideal base to discover the
countryside and beaches of northern France.

You enter the cottage from the courtyard. Once inside, there’s a comfortable
sitting and dining room with beamed ceiling and tiled floor. L'aiguille has
British television and a dvd player.
The sitting room includes a sofa that unfolds to a double bed.
The kitchen, which leads off the sitting room, is fully equipped with a gas
cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and other necessities. If you
like to cook, you’ll be pleased to know that it’s well-supplied with all the
essentials.
There is a double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The bathroom has
a walk-in shower. This is ideal for people who find stairs difficult.
A staircase leads upstairs. A double bedroom provides plenty of space for
a cot if required.
The other two bedroom have two single beds. All have plenty of hanging and
storage space.
All bedding is, of course, included. You will need to bring bed linen and towels with you unless you would like to hire these from us.
There is a laundry room with a
washing machine.
L’Aiguille is heated by electricity. The cost is included in the rental price.
However, we do charge a heating supplement between October and April. This
is 40 euros a week. The cookers run on bottled gas and the cost is included
in the rental fee.
This cottage and its neighbour, La Bobine, have an interconnecting door. The
two can be rented together for large parties (sleeping a minimum of 12 people
with six bedrooms and three bathrooms). Contact us for rates and availability
for a combined rental.
The cottage shares the garden with the owner’s home and
L'aiguille, the neighbouring cottage. . The garden covers about half an acre
with lots of trees, and has swings for younger visitors and lots of space
for games.
L’Aiguille is a no smoking house
and, sorry, no pets.
