Idyllic holiday cottages in superb village location
Our two pretty holiday cottages are on a rural village street in the heart of the ‘sept vallées’ area of France.
Aix-en-Issart is a tranquil, authentic French village, barely an hour’s drive from the Calais ferry port and Eurotunnel terminal, making it an ideal location for a short break as well as a longer holiday.

The cottages form part of a courtyard with our own house and quilt studio, and look out over the garden and the river that runs through the village.
We aim to be child-friendly; cots and highchairs are available and gates are fitted at the top of staircases. The large garden is fully enclosed and secure, and has swings and plenty of room for games.
The village bakery is 30 seconds walk so fresh croissants for breakfast and baguettes for lunch are guaranteed!
